Police Law

Ian has a burgeoning practice in police law / disciplinary work. He advises and represents police officers facing misconduct proceedings as well as criminal charges in both the Crown and Magistrates Courts.

He has dealt with a range of serious allegations such as the misuse of confidential information, sexual assault, corruption, dishonesty, theft, money laundering, and possession of firearms and drugs.

Ian likes to be involved at an early stage in each case, especially where there are contemplated or concurrent criminal proceedings.
