Ian is experienced in defending a wide range of cases prosecuted by the Environmental Agency, particularly the owners of waste management companies and farms. He particularly specialises in cases involving waste disposal and waste management license regulations.
Ian’s strong criminal law background means that he is well placed to deal with large POCA cases which invariably follow in these types of cases.
He has also lectured to planning enforcement officers in relation to confiscation and the financial aspects of their investigation.
