Ian Whitehurst successfully discharges restraint order

Ian Whitehurst from Exchange Chambers, instructed by Matloob Ahmed at Abbeys Solicitors, has successfully discharged a restraint order imposed on two defendants pre-charge in relation to an ongoing fraud and money laundering investigation.

After a contested hearing involving oral and written arguments, the order was successfully varied to allow the alleged offenders access to vehicles and a mortgage drawdown in order to continue with their businesses.
