Chris has a developing practice in clinical negligence and welcomes new instructions. Chris is particularly experienced in cases involving the negligent provision of cosmetic treatment.
Recent instructions include the following (updated in May 2022):
- A successful claim involving negligent treatment provided by a General Practitioner, with the claim settling for £95,000 (November 2020);
- The drafting of pleadings in a case concerning the negligent provision of laser treatment (ongoing);
- The drafting of pleadings in a case concerning the negligent provision of facial injections (ongoing).
