Rachel was called to the Bar in 2021 and became a tenant of Exchange Chambers in March 2023 following the successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Brynmor Adams and John Waiting.
Rachel’s practice encompasses a wide range of business and property law, including commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, financial services litigation, real property and intellectual property, and wills and contentious probate.
Rachel is an effective advocate and is regularly instructed on all aspects of a dispute, from initial advice, through pleadings, applications and to trial. She is happy to advise in writing or in conference, whether in person or remotely.
