Joe joined Exchange Chambers in 2014 as a business and property clerk. Prior to this, he worked in the Manchester Civil Justice Centre for seven years in the administrative court. Joe is responsible for diary and fee negotiation and managing client relationships.
In September 2020, Joe was promoted to Senior Business and Property Clerk.
