Scott has a substantial litigation practice, and provides advocacy services at all levels. He advises widely in proposed actions, on-going litigation and settlement. As an accredited mediator, he has experience in mediation.

Scott has extensive experience in pensions and employment litigation, advice and drafting. He advises on all commercial and trust aspects of corporate and executive pensions, public sector and overseas arrangements.

He is also experienced in fiscal and commercial share and property valuation litigation.

Scott is also a prominent civil and criminal asset recovery practitioner, and has acted in a number of high profile recovery cases and has particular experience in dealing with complex fraud, money laundering, direct and indirect tax and duties evasion, MTIC, pensions fraud and acquisitive regulatory offences.
