Regularly advises lenders, receivers and borrowers in relation to the enforcement of mortgages.
Advises on the regulatory aspects of mortgages, including the potential implications of the Regulated Activities Order, and Consumer Credit Legislation.
Regularly advises, and appears to trial (if necessary) in relation to contractual disputes.
Advised and appears in disputes in relation to the enforcement of Judgments, including Charging Orders, and the Breathing Space Debt Respite Scheme.
