    In his spare time Adam enjoys painting with oil paints, with his work exhibited and sold nationally and internationally. Adam also enjoys spending time with his family and young cocker spaniel!

Banking and Finance

Adam has significant experience of banking and finance, having previously been seconded the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in respect of investigations into national banks, as well as assisting a retired high court judge with the appeals of complaints brought by customers of a national bank following an FCA investigation. In addition, Adam has been instructed in over 50 matters regarding allegation of hidden commission payments from PPI cover. Adam is happy to accept instructions in the following areas;
