His commercial fraud practice focuses upon pre-emptive injunctive relief, including search and freezing orders, disclosure, misuse of confidential information and delivering up of assets.
In 2018, Richard successfully represented a large organisation which supplies HGV Tankers to the haulage and logistics industry. Injunctive relief was obtained to recover high value Tankers, the identity of which had been tampered with, to frustrate recovery.
Richard also advises and represents clients on the following:
- Breach of trust and breach of fiduciary duty;
- Insurance fraud;
- Money laundering;
- Regulatory breaches;
- Directors disqualification.
