Harriet was called to the Bar in 2016. She became a tenant of Exchange Chambers in September 2018 following the successful completion of her pupillage. Harriet has developed a strong common law practice, with a focus on commercial and employment law.
Harriet’s commercial practice encompasses a wide range of insolvency matters and contractual disputes. She regularly acts in bankruptcy matters, applications and small claims, and appears in the winding up list.
Drawing on her common law background, Harriet practises in a number of complementary areas of law. She has developed a thriving employment practice, and regularly acts for both claimants and respondents in the Employment Tribunal.
Harriet also has substantial experience in the field of personal injury. She offers professional advice and representation to both claimants and defendants, and regularly appears in fast track trials, interim applications, stage 3 hearings, infant approvals and small claims.
