Practice Overview

David was called to the bar in 2014 and became a tenant at Exchange Chambers following the completion of his pupillage under David Mohyuddin KC. David has a commercial/ Chancery practice that includes insolvency (corporate and personal), contract and tort. David’s work includes:

• Fast-track and multi-track trials dealing with a wide range of contractual disputes
• Applications in the Chancery Applications list (e.g. dealing with company administrations and applications to rescind winding up orders)
• Debt recovery matters
• Advising and acting on disputes involving the sale of goods
• Advising and acting on a variety of consumer disputes
• Strike out/ summary judgment applications on behalf of corporate lenders
