Acquittal secured for a defendant charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and making threats with a knife.
Operation Hairball 2 Sheffield Crown Court (2020)
Disclosure junior to Stephen Grattage. Prosecuting on behalf of the HMRC in a multi-handed case involving allegations of high value evasion of excise duty and the distribution of counterfeit cigarettes, described as the largest commercial counterfeit cigarette and hand rolling tobacco production line discovered in the United Kingdom. R v JZ Leeds Crown Court (2020)
Acquittal secured for a defendant charged with possession with intent to supply drugs and money laundering offences.
R v KT York Magistrates’ Court (2019)
Prosecuting on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service, Caroline secured a conviction against a Defendant who faced a charge of controlling and coercive behaviour, he was sentenced to 3 years 9 months and ordered to pay £10,000 compensation.

Caroline secured an acquittal for a Defendant accused of sexual assault.
R v AW York Crown Court (2019)
Defending a man diagnosed with a mental disorder who had threatened police officers with bladed articles, Caroline succeeded in securing a suspended sentence.
