Exchange Chambers welcomes delegates to annual property seminar 2017

Exchange Chambers held its annual property seminar last week. Speaking at events in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester, there were talks from seven members of our specialist property and planning department – Anthony Elleray QC, Neil Cadwallader, Bill Hanbury, Andrew Williams, Lawrence McDonald, Joshua Shields and Peter Dixon.

Topics included recent developments in regards to service charges, dilapidations claims for tenant disrepair during the currency of a tenancy, boundary disputes, fraud, trusts and customer due diligence, an update on lost modern grant, and an overview of initiatives to accelerate the planning process in England.

The seminars were well attended, welcoming over 50 delegates for this half-day event.
