Trudi has developed a strong clinical negligence practice. She advises, drafts pleadings, drafts schedules of loss, and conducts conferences with medical experts. She has experience of high value and complex claims.

Further, Trudi is acting junior on two brain injury cases for senior counsel of Exchange Chambers. She assists with conferences and advice, and has gained experience beyond her call years, through this work.

Independently, Trudi has recently appeared in an application for an interim payment in the High Court in a case pleaded up to £30 million.

Trudi has a particular interest in brain injury cases. She has a personal connection to this area: her older sister suffers from Cerebral Palsy, giving her invaluable insight into the challenges of living with such a condition. This has shaped her empathetic and client-focused approach, as she understands not only the medical and legal complexities of brain injuries but also the profound emotional and practical impact on the wider family. These interpersonal skills are highly transferable across all areas of clinical negligence work.
