Personal Injury: Defence
Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has over 11 years’ experience in civil matters, with a particular specialism in personal injury.
Since joining the Bar, Rachel has established a strong defence practice. She has extensive experience in fast-track litigation and has a growing multi-track personal injury litigation practice.
She is regularly instructed to act for defendants in interlocutory hearings, quantum hearings and trials. She also drafts pleadings and advices on liability and quantum.
Rachel has particular experience in matters concerning:
- Fundamental dishonesty and section 57 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 applications
- Low velocity impact (LVI)
- Credit Hire
- Employer’s liability
- Public liability
