Lee has experience of inquests arising from deaths in the workplace, particularly in representing the families of the deceased.
Lee’s particular experience of acting for both claimants and defendants in personal injury claims allows him to give expert advice to clients where there are contemplated civil proceedings.
Inquests Cases
Re MM (2013) – a 4 day inquest following a crushing injury leading to death in a factory. There were contemplated civil and criminal proceedings against the company, a director of the company and the head of health and safety, all of whom were separately represented.
