Jodie’s advisory and Court work extends to cases involving a cross-over between property and insolvency issues, and also property matters with a Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 element.

Jodie regularly acts on behalf of landlords in possession proceedings under the Housing Act 1988, and has also represented parties in boundary dispute cases.

Aside from her Court work, Jodie is regularly instructed to draft pleadings in a property law context, both residential and commercial; and to provide formal advice in respect of the same, including in cases involving dilapidations, restrictive covenants, easements and mandatory injunctions.
