Paul Burns to speak at Manchester Housing Quality Network event

Paul Burns, Head of the Local Government & Social Housing department at Exchange Chambers, will be speaking on ‘Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour’’ at a one day seminar being held by The Housing Quality Network in Manchester on Wednesday 25th May 2016.
Paul will consider recent legal developments and current challenges for the local government and social housing sectors in key areas including civil injunctions, committal proceedings, closure orders, possession claims (including the pre-action protocol for possession claims by social landlords and the absolute ground for possession) and policies and procedures.
Paul is listed by Chambers and Partners 2016 (the independent guide to the legal profession) as a leading barrister in the fields of local government law and social housing law and is appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel Counsel as Junior Counsel to the Crown.
