Exchange Chambers holds successful ‘Life of a Contract: from first date to divorce’ multi-city seminar series

140 delegates attended Exchange Chambers’ latest seminars series ‘Life of a Contract’: from first date to divorce’ held in Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool over the past two weeks.
The seminars looked at various recent decisions of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal on issues arising during the life of a contract, dealing with formation, consideration, interpretation and the disputes that can arise along the way. Talks were presented by David Mohyuddin QC, John Waiting and David Williams.
