Steven Crossley successfully represents Lincolnshire officer in the first public Police Misconduct hearing to be attended by the press under new regulations

Lincolnshire officer Pc Woolerton, featured in the Channel 5 television series Police Interceptors, had been accused of using excessive force on two occasions in the course of an arrest and of making a homophobic comment to a detained person. The Hearing was only the second to be conducted in public under the Police (Conduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and was the first to be attended by members of the press. After a 3 day Hearing, all allegations against the Lincolnshire Officer were dismissed. Steven was instructed by Dan McNally of Slater and Gordon Solicitors.
