Steven Crossley and Holly Betke secure acquittals in mock crucifixion trial

Steven Crossley and Holly Betke from Exchange Chambers have secured acquittals in a high profile mock crucifixion trial.
It was alleged that the defendants forcibly taped the Complainant to a wooden cross and then fixed him to a the wall in an act motivated by hostility towards the Complainant’s Catholicism. The case at York Crown Court attracted national media interest.
