Tanita obtained pupillage with Exchange Chambers in 2022 and started in September 2023 under the supervision of Lawrence McDonald and James Malam.
Tanita is keen to build a broad and varied business and property practice. She is regularly instructed to appear in court on residential and commercial property matters, including charging order applications and possession hearings, as well as in corporate and personal insolvency hearings, such as winding up petitions, bankruptcies and remuneration applications.
Tanita is also skilled in drafting opinions and statements of case in a range of areas, including breach of contract claims and landlord and tenant disputes.
Before being called to the Bar, Tanita enjoyed a successful 10-year career in public relations and communications. She has a solid understanding of the importance of business reputation management and therefore takes a pragmatic approach to practice.
