Steve has experience acting for both claimants and respondents in cases including:
- Unfair dismissal (including constructive unfair dismissal)

Steve worked within the software development industry prior to being called to the Bar and has first-hand experience of the pressures of the workplace on both employers and employees. An experienced and persuasive advocate with a friendly manner and a pragmatic approach, he has given talks to HR staff about the Tribunal process and given course to assist witnesses with the process of the hearing and coping with the stresses of giving evidence.
