Practice Overview

Sonia joined Chambers as a tenant in September 2023 after successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of David McCormick.

Since completing pupillage Sonia has developed a mixed practice of civil, family (children and finances) and commercial work.

Sonia is currently being led as junior counsel on a HKIAC Arbitration acting for a foreign stated-owned company in a multi-million USD IPO dispute.

Sonia has a busy paperwork practice and regularly drafts pleadings, schedules and advices.

Prior to commencing pupillage Sonia was a legal assistant where she developed experience in international commercial disputes.

Sonia is happy to respond to informal requests for advice.
