Natasha’s civil litigation gives her a keen interest in financial remedy matters and in particular the law relating to cohabitees and child maintenance. She has previously represented clients within Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (ToLATA) cases. Natasha has an in-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, which, coupled with her strategic thinking and forensic approach, gives Natasha a natural aptitude for cohabitation.
