Practice Overview

Danielle joined Exchange Chambers in September 2023 following successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Nadia Koucheksarai and Kirsty Robinson.

Danielle brings a wealth of experience to her work having previously worked as a family law paralegal in a leading full-service law firm in the North West, with regular involvement in public and private law children work. She also volunteered at her University’s pro-bono legal clinic during her undergraduate studies, focusing on the area of family law, which involved providing support and advice to clients at the Family Court, both during and following FHDRA hearings.

In light of this, Danielle possesses the knowledge and experience of drafting legal documentation, advising and representing clients, and has both the familiarity of and the confidence in dealing with issues that regularly present themselves within the area of family law such as domestic abuse, non-accidental injuries, neglect, mental health concerns, substance misuse, issues of cognition and capacity, and parental alienation and conflict.

Danielle accepts instructions in all areas of family law and has built an active and varied workload, with experience representing parents, wider family members, intervenors and Children’s Guardians from the issue of court proceedings through to final hearing stage.
