Louis Browne QC appears at the Grenfell Tower Inquiry

Louis Browne QC from Exchange Chambers recently appeared at the Second Procedural Hearing of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry, chaired by Sir Martin Moore-Bick.

Louis is instructed by Burton Copeland Solicitors to appear at the Inquiry on behalf of The Fire Officers’ Association (FOA).

A number of FOA members attended the Grenfell Tower fire, several in a managerial capacity.

Phase 1 of the Inquiry is expected to begin to receive evidence from bereaved relatives, survivors and residents on 18 May 2018.

Called to the bar in 1988 and silk in 2017, Louis has very extensive experience in acting for families and public authorities/government bodies at Inquests and Inquiries.  He also advises/appears at judicial reviews arising from inquests.
