Latest Leeds Business & Property Courts forum to take place on 1 December 2021

The latest Leeds Business & Property Courts forum will take place on Wednesday 1 December 2021.

The event is entitled:

“The Speedy Determination of the Questions really in Controversy between the Parties”: the mission of the Commercial Court and Circuit Commercial Courts, past, present and future.

The forum will include an address by Sir Julian Flaux, Chancellor of the High Court, alongside a seminar delivered by Mrs Justice Cockerill, Judge-in-Charge of the Commercial Court.

Lisa Linklater from Exchange Chambers is a committee member of the Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum, which is supported by Leeds Law Society and Leeds Law School.

Lisa will be chairing a Q&A session during the event, which starts at 5.45pm and will conclude by 7pm.
