Exchange Chambers has further strengthened its specialist fraud team by welcoming Neil Baki as a full member.

Fraud specialist Neil Baki, who was called to the Bar in 2003, becomes a full member at Exchange Chambers having been a door tenant since the beginning of the year. He joins from Farrar’s Building in London.

Called to the Bar in 2003 and ranked as a leading junior in the Legal 500 for fraud, Neil’s practice focuses on criminal and commercial fraud, including insurance fraud.  He is also increasingly instructed in general commercial litigation and personal injury work, particularly where allegations of fundamental dishonesty have been made.

Commenting on his decision to join Exchange Chambers, Neil, who is an elected member of the Bar Council for England and Wales, said:

“Having been a door tenant at Exchange Chambers since the beginning of the year, I am delighted to now become a full member.

“I am looking forward to further developing my practice and contributing to the overall success of Chambers.”

Said Tom Handley, Chief Executive at Exchange Chambers:

“During his time as a door tenant, Neil has demonstrated that he is an outstanding barrister with wide ranging expertise in civil and criminal fraud. His practice is a perfect fit with our specialist fraud team which has been instructed in some of the most significant national and international fraud investigations in recent years.”
