Exchange named as Family Law Chambers of the Year

November 25, 2021

Exchange Chambers was last night named as Family Law Chambers of the Year (Regional) at the Bloomsbury Big Top.

The Family Law Awards were launched in 2011 to recognise the important work of family lawyers, and celebrate their many successes and outstanding achievements.

Over the past 10 years, the Family Law Awards have firmly established themselves as a highly prestigious event, celebrating the success and achievements of family lawyers and the vital contribution that they make to society.

Commenting on the award, Jonathan I’Anson, Chief Executive at Exchange Chambers said:

“We are thrilled to win this prestigious award. It is a huge credit to the hard work and talent of every barrister and clerk in the team.”

In November 2020, Exchange strengthened its family law team, headed by Judith Fordham, with the arrival of a 14-strong family law team from Chavasse Court Chambers. The team, headed by Julie Forsyth, specialises in all aspects of public and private children law cases acting for parents, children, extended family members, guardians, local authorities and government bodies, at all levels of the family court from Magistrates to High Court and the Court of Appeal.

The Family Law Chambers of the Year accolade follows on from Exchange being named as Regional Chambers of the Year at last week’s Chambers UK Bar Awards.
