David Toal from Exchange Chambers has secured a not guilty verdict for his client after a week-long firearms trial at Manchester Crown Court.

The Police found a working and fully loaded firearm inside the car. Both Defendants were arrested and during the trial blamed each other for the presence of the firearm in the vehicle.

David Toal’s client, RM, was found Not Guilty of all charges. Co-Defendant Rhoden was found Guilty and sentenced to 11 years imprisonment.
