‘Death by Dangerous’ is Oliver Jarvis’ first novel.  Set in Manchester and Bradford, the main character, John Anderson, is one of the North West’s most dedicated and successful prosecution barristers. His career is going from strength to strength when his life suddenly comes crashing down after a fatal road traffic accident.

The Crime Writers’ Association Daggers have been synonymous with quality crime writing for over fifty years.

Commenting on making the long list, Oliver Jarvis said:

“This is a huge honour for me but also recognition that courtroom dramas don’t have to be  US based. The English courtroom is a pretty dynamic place to work.”

Oliver is a member of the Criminal Team at Exchange Chambers. He also specialises in Motoring and Vehicle Crime.
