August 21, 2023

Following a competitive application process, the Government of the Virgin Islands Cabinet has appointed Andrew Vinson to its new Legal Services Panel.

Andrew is one of a short list of appointees which includes leading silks and international lawyers. The role of the Panel is to advise and represent the Government of the Virgin Islands, and Andrew will be able to bring his expertise in Company, Insolvency, Property and Contractual litigation to bear in assisting the Government.

This new appointment stands alongside Andrew’s consistently busy practice in these areas.

Andrew is already a long-standing member of the Attorney General’s Regional A Panel in England and Wales, and has advised and represented government departments and agencies in relation to many high-profile insolvencies, director disqualification actions and government development projects.

His appointment to the BVI panel is for an initial period of 2 years.
