Hidden assets success for Exchange Chambers

Dafydd Enoch QC, door tenant, and Andrew Jebb won a major hidden assets argument in a Confiscation hearing at Birmingham Crown Court on the 30th April, reducing what the Defendant had to pay from £1.1 million to £119,000. The Defendant had faced the very real prospect of having to return to prison for up to 10 years for non-payment.
