Will Waldron QC and Andrew Ward secure £4 million settlement for claimant

Will Waldron QC and Andrew Ward from Exchange Chambers have secured £4 million settlement at a mediation on behalf of a claimant who was rendered paraplegic in an accident. Details of the case are confidential.

Will is an experienced QC handling catastrophic injury claims of complexity and high value. He has particular expertise in brain, spine and amputee cases. Chambers and Partners 2018 notes that Will is “able to address very technical points with ease and impart this information to clients with charm and wit”.

Andrew is an experienced personal injury junior. Chambers and Partners 2018  notes that he is “very approachable and able to relate to lay clients on their level and explain difficult concepts in easily accessible terms”. Andrew has recently been appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional A Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.
