Success for James Kinsey at Employment Tribunal

James Kinsey of Exchange Chambers has had recent success in the Employment Tribunal representing the respondent The Secretary of State for Justice.

Following a 5 day trial in Leeds, the Claimant’s unfair dismissal, and disability discrimination claims (s.15 discrimination arising from disability and ss.20-21 failure to make reasonable adjustments) were all dismissed.
