Steven Crossley in successful abuse of process argument for West Yorkshire Police Officers

On 12th March, at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court, Steven Crossley, instructed by Dan McNally at Slater and Gordon, successfully argued for a stay of proceedings against two West Yorkshire Police Officers. The Officers were charged with an assault in the course of a detention.
