The seminar will focus upon the new powers of the Information Commissioner relating to the investigation and enforcement in criminal and civil investigations as well as their growing co-operation with other regulatory bodies.

The seminar will pay particular attention to the following areas:

  • Stream lined warrants
  • No notice inspections
  • Freezing data in the cloud
  • The Anti – Phoenix Regulations and personal liability of directors
  • Relationships between the ICO, FCA & CMA

Coffee and registration will be held from 13:30 to 14:00 with the talks finishing at 16:30 followed by drinks and nibbles.
