Neuropsychology assessment is often key to unravelling the cognitive and behavioural effects of acquired brain injury and a prerequisite for effective rehabilitation and presentation of claims. However, the quality and reliability of assessments can vary and there are some misunderstandings about use of this evidence.

We are delighted to be holding a free Zoom webinar with Dr Gaby Parker, Consultant Neuropsychologist, and Matthew Stockwell from our Personal Injury team, taking a back to basics look at neuropsychology evidence in brain injury litigation:

Matthew Stockwell will give an overview of the legal framework, case examples illustrating how a Judge might approach neuropsychology evidence and some of the contentious issues in practice.
