Richard Tetlow and Peter Killen appointed as Recorders

Exchange Chambers congratulates Richard Tetlow and Peter Killen on their appointments as Recorders.

In total, 61 Recorders have been appointed by The King, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Rt Hon David Lammy MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Rt Hon the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.

Richard Tetlow and Peter Killen have been assigned to the Northern Circuit, with their appointments taking effect from 11 May 2026.

Both will continue in full-time practice at Exchange Chambers alongside their judicial responsibilities.
