An accomplished barrister with more than thirty years of experience, Bill has advised and appeared as an advocate in relation to most types of insurance contract, including indemnity insurance, and has experience of interpretation questions relating to insurance contracts, material non-disclosure and fraud. He has also has wide experience of commercial dispute resolution including secured lending and has conducted successful defences to a claims under bank guarantees and appeared as advocate in a financial misselling claim which settled on favourable terms after a lengthy mediation.
