Settled (whilst working with Bill Braithwaite Q.C.) a case for a badly brain injured young man for the gross award of £5.9m which was split up into a lump sum and periodical payments.
Obtained £1 million settlement for woman pedestrian who had had her leg amputated whilst positioned on the pavement where the Defendants were denying liability due to the automatism of the Defendant driver.
Successfully establishing liability against the owners of a factory for a Claimant who sustained serious injuries who was allegedly walking in a prohibited area when hit by a fork lift truck.
Successfully represented a Claimant driver seriously injured when involved in a road junction collision with a lorry where the road merged into one lane immediately after the traffic light controlled junction.
Successfully represented a widower whose 8 month pregnant wife was tragically pinned against a wall by a car killing the unborn child and the wife.
