Paul was called to the Bar in 1998 and was appointed Junior Counsel to the Crown by the Attorney General in 2015, where he is a member of the Government’s ‘A’ Panel. He has significant experience of decision making in a judicial and quasi-judicial capacity, being a Legally Qualified Chair of Police Misconduct Hearings, a Legally Qualified Chair at The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service, and a Recorder in the civil jurisdiction.
