- R v G – Secured an acquittal following a trial which hinged on technical arguments relating to self-defence and reasonable force.
- R v C – Successfully argued in favour of a suspended sentence for a defendant who had pleaded guilty to offences involving a significant breach of trust.
- R v W – Secured acquittals following a three-day trial in involving serious allegations of domestic violence.
- R v P – Successfully argued in favour of a suspended sentence for a client who was told he was facing inevitable custody by the sentencing Judge.
