Jayne’s practice includes private and public law instructions on behalf of local authorities, parents and children with a particular emphasis on non-accidental injury.
Jayne has extensive experience of children matters with a range of complexities including care proceedings, post-placement applications, child arrangements, jurisdiction disputes and international adoptions. Jayne undertakes applications for financial remedies together with related matters such as forced marriage/nullity and child support.
She is recognised for her sympathetic client manner with a grounded approach that enables her to deal with complex issues with a clear sense of direction.
