Inquests Cases

Amanda has conducted inquests involving deaths in hospital and accidents at work.

Acting for the family in an inquest involving the death of a G.P. following routine surgery, which was described by a medical expert as a “complex multi-faceted case”, Amanda was able to secure important answers in cross-examination of the hospital’s witnesses and, following a narrative verdict, subsequently acted in the successful fatal accident claim.
