Clinical Negligence

Imogen has a developing clinical negligence practice. She advises on breach of duty, causation and quantum, drafts pleadings and schedules of loss and conducts conferences with medical experts.

When conducting conferences with clients with a view to preparing schedules of loss, Imogen has a strong attention to detail and strives to ensure that Claimants are fully compensated for every loss that has been incurred.

Imogen has secured settlements of tens of thousands of pounds in cases arising out of negligent surgery, missed diagnosis and incorrect diagnosis. In a case concerning alleged negligent surgery, Imogen recently obtained an award of £20,000 for her client, despite breach of duty being firmly denied by the NHS Trust.
