Clinical Negligence

Hedley has a number of years of experience working with clinical negligence matters of a broad variety in his previous profession as a solicitor.  This gives him a strong insight not only into this area of expertise generally but also the needs of his instructing solicitors and clients.

Following Hedley’s call to the Bar, he has continued his involvement with clinical negligence matters including in advising, drafting and advocacy.

Hedley understands the often highly sensitive nature of clinical negligence cases and the importance of empathy and compassion for the client.
