Military Claims

David Sandiford has vast experience in handling high value military claims.

His experience ranges from NFCI, orthopaedic injuries sustained during training and serious RTAs through to hearing loss & serious injuries in live firing exercise.

He is hugely experienced in handling medical and non medical evidence and analysing the issues that arise uniquely in military claims relating to loss of promotion prospects, loss of service benefits, pension loss and loss of uninjured post military civilian career.
